The Microchip PIC24FXXKA3XX microcontroller operating voltage is 1.8 to 3.6V, while the PIC24FVXXKA3XX microcontrollers have operating voltages from 2 to 5V.
Powerful 16-bit CPU Core
The PIC24F32 has a powerful 17x17bit hardware multiply block, capable of 16x16 signed or unsigned multiply operations. Every multiply is single-cycle. The core also contains a 16-bit barrel-shifter capable single-cycle multi-bit arithmetic and logic shiftts. All multi-bit shift instructions require the Register Direct Addressing mode for both the operand (source) and destination (result).
Microchip PIC24F32KA Development Tools
The new Microchip PIC24F32KA304 Plug-In Module plugs into the Microchip Explorer 16 Development Board and provides real-time debugging of the PIC24F32KA. PDIP20 and PDIP28 devices are supported by the XLP 16-bit Development Board.
Microchip PIC24F32KA Pricing
"Pricing starts at $1.78 each, in 10,000-unit quantities."
